How does it work?
Reserve Equipment
- Become a Member: You must be an Access Sacramento member to borrow equipment.
- Create an Account: Set up your member account if you don’t already have one.
- Select Equipment: Choose the items you want to borrow.
- Reserve Your Dates: Pick your borrow date (pick-up is Thursday, 4–8:30 pm).
- Get Confirmation: Wait for a reservation confirmation before pick-up.
Check out Lending Equipment
- Pick Up Equipment: Bring your member ID during Thursday pick-up hours.
- Demonstrate Skills (If Required): Some equipment requires specific training through the field shooting class.
- Borrow Responsibly:
- Return equipment Tuesday 4–8:30 pm.
- Report any damage immediately.
- Replace lost or damaged items at retail cost if necessary.
- Share Your Work: Submit your final media to Access Sacramento for local TV or online platforms.
